We operate college pathway programs for low-income, college-bound students who are college-capable but not yet college-ready. We enable students to complete up to two years of college classes at no cost and provide them intensive coaching and support until they earn their college degrees and begin professional careers.

Since 2017, we have partnered with public high schools throughout Northern California and are developing a national consortium of sponsor universities to support our expansion.

It is in America’s interest to increase significantly the college persistence rate among low-income, first generation students.

Although more low-income, first generation students than ever are enrolling in college, a mere 21% persist and earn an undergraduate degree.

Between 2016 and 2018, enrollment at US colleges and universities declined nearly 600,000 students, making it all the more important that first-generation students successfully remain enrolled and earn degrees.

Since 2017 we have successfully partnered with public high schools throughout Northern California to operate MicroCollege programs. Although piloted as a dual enrollment program, MicroCollege is now a post-high school college pathway program that enables low-income students to complete up to two years of transferrable, in-person college classes at no cost while receiving several hundred hours of intensive support. Our pilot results were stellar with over 90% of our students being admitted to and attending four-year universities with a median college GPA over 3.0. Contact us to learn more.
